Abortion Issue Revisited...Again?

Here we go again, one man with psychological issues that has the pro-life up in arms!

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/01/19/AR2011011902911.html

A doctor whose abortion clinic was described as a filthy, foul-smelling "house of horrors" that was overlooked by regulators for years was charged Wednesday with murder, accused of delivering seven babies alive and then using scissors to kill them.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell was also charged with murder in the death of a woman who suffered an overdose of painkillers while awaiting an abortion.

In a nearly 300-page grand jury report filled with ghastly, stomach-turning detail, prosecutors said Pennsylvania regulators ignored complaints of barbaric conditions at Gosnell's clinic, which catered to poor, immigrant and minority women in the city's impoverished West Philadelphia section.
Prosecutors called the case a "complete regulatory collapse."

"Pennsylvania is not a Third World country," the district attorney's office declared in the report. "There were several oversight agencies that stumbled upon and should have shut down Kermit Gosnell long ago."
Gosnell, 69, was arrested and charged with eight counts of murder in all. Nine of Gosnell's employees - including his wife, a cosmetologist who authorities say performed abortions - also were charged.

Now we need to have the same damn debate. How late is too late? Should we go have the Supreme Court revisit this? Kermit Gosnell is proving that legalized abortion will not stop unhealthy procedures!

Wait a minute! One man with obvious mental deficiencies doesn’t disqualify the legalized abortion point. Why are you being so short-sighted in your approach?

If Sarah Palin didn’t have any responsibility with Loughner killing anyone, how does a man with the sociopathic tendencies of Hannibal Lecter prove the pro-life stance? By that line of thinking, Scott Roeder should make pro-choice the land of the law forever.

First, the issue isn’t about abortion, it’s about the right to privacy! Its not about your religious beliefs being the law of the land! If you are able to find a lawyer to help you with understanding that, please do so. Roe v. Wade is not about the possibility of pro-life or pro-choice, it’s pro-constitution.

Next, let’s be honest, if abortions were made illegal tomorrow, the rich would still have access to it! Paris Hilton (sorry Paris) would still be able to go and have an abortion if she so saw fit. So let’s not get into an issue that banning the law would stop abortions.

For those that are pro-choice…stop fighting a fight that isn’t your own.

Domestic violence, sexual abuse, and the possibility of dying should not be the argument of pro-choice proponents. It’s the law, it’s in the constitution, and doctor/patient privilege is all you need.

But there is more, isn’t it?

Abortions are for many women an emotionally damaging and for some a soul stealing experience. No one will ever deny that, I definitely can’t. Even those who are pro-choice admit to that. The weight of regret can sometimes be more than many can bear. But to have judgment and scorn doesn’t help. What I don’t understand is the stance that the pro-life stance of rigidity and short-sightedness. It’s either one or the other. The bible tells me so is just such a poor argument. That’s it? That’s all you got? God and guilt isn’t how you can win this debate. Calling someone a murderer doesn’t save a life…it might end one.

You don’t use any comprehensive truth when addressing your pro-life stance. You truly don’t use any comprehensive action when addressing your pro-life stance. You don’t have any compassion for the women that lives with the damage. You don’t point out the issue that brings about the abortion itself. The job pay inequities, age, lack of education, or even the issue of station in life just doesn’t get your attention or effort.

That’s why their problem is staring them in the face harder than they can defend their position. The problem isn’t your pro-life stance…it’s your anti-living stance.

You don’t honor the life of the child once it’s born…NO YOU DON’T!

So let a pragmatic man that is pro-life in his emotional belief, but pro-choice in his logical stance gives some suggestions. I hope that you don’t mind.

If you want to work to end abortions, get away from the clinics and address the problems.

Empirical studies show that environment, education, and support on a comprehensive holistic level reduce the numbers of abortions.

Education is the fault of everyone, yet I don’t see you putting your skin in the game.

Try educating them before they get to the clinic before you damn them to hell. Whatever you do… saying just say no isn’t educating. Be concerned about how young couples (yes, couples make a baby) are engaging in their relationships, help the parents, be accessible.

Class is truly a great indicator (keep in mind education and class is generally symbiotic) to reducing the numbers as well. That means every time you see poor people and you frown upon them and their position, you have become part of the problem. Why not find out why jobs are hard to come by, why training is difficult to get, and what can you do to fix the problem.

Now I could keep going about the issues and hurdles to make abortions be easier to say no to. But I want to see if a pro-life person can just take one step, a first step to helping.

I am asking as one Christian to another, put the bible down and pick up the path of Christ.

Humanity needs you.

LOSING MY RELIGION Part 3: What We Can Do For Ourselves

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Chinese Proverb

Now I wonder if politics and government were fish, would you be starving as you are now? What I am saying is that our political leaders are truly a reflection of its followers. We can’t proclaim the ineptitude of politicians if we aren’t making them do what we want. Even before we can do that, can't we come to a point that we know what it is that we want?

Do we understand our political landscape?
Do we know what a political landscape is?

Let’s be honest, politics is not for the faint of heart? It’s messy and dirty. But it’s our messy dirty politics. We need to be vigilant in our need to be involved and be informed.

I know that many are saying that:

I have two jobs, three kids, a spouse, and a partridge in a pear tree. Your job exist because the government gave your employer a permit to conduct business, your spouse and you have a legal binding contract called a marriage permit that is given by the government. Why are you asking about the partridge? Like a politician…I made you look... at what didn’t matter…stay on point.

That is the first thing a good follower needs to do. Stop following deception and misdirection. What I am about to say will piss off my friends on the left and right…

Neither side represents you. There is no left…there is no right. If you were consistently pragmatic you would see that. These politicians are feeding on your frustration and your anger. All the while you beg and plead for help from the very construct that placed you in the position that requires help. Small businesses crushed by government interference as it assists the monopolies in selling you lower priced products while paying its workers less than the products themselves.

While the electric car has been waiting for you to invest in it, you have had a government that keeps investing in fossil fuels.

While your military is equipped to send a hundred special ops soldiers to kill Bin Laden, your government sent thousands to die in a country that had NOTHING to do with us being attacked. Now we have given them a reason to attack us…

What I have listed is pragmatic solutions to a problem…not left…not right…just smart. Smart comes from being informed, smart comes from being involved. Sure, you could run for office to give better options, you also could take some time to see what you need and what your representatives have done…the options would be limitless.

Let’s quit being center, right, or left…be smart…be pragmatic…be problem solvers…

I will never deny that we need better leaders…but don’t we need to be better followers in order to find better leaders?

LOSING MY RELIGION Part 2: What's In It For Them

Look at this picture...it speaks something to me that I hope to convey properly. Whether we as a people want to admit it we are truly of the WIFM doctrine.

What’s In it For Me.? That’s our perspective, however shallow or short-sighted, it’s us.

We go about life seeking a leg up or a position of comfort. Selfish, consumed with making sure we get ours.

I am concerned though, are we sure of what's in our best interest?

The picture shows what the money is being used for. It shows where it goes. But does it tell us what applies to us? We are a WIFM group, right? So let’s examine money the way we should look at it...by who the money is really spent on.

If you look at the picture is shows the dollars and the departments, like agriculture. Now that's farming, so of course, farmers get that money. What about those lazy farmers that receive all that money for subsidies? Why do we keep giving them so much money? I hate the fact that they can dole out 5.8 BILLION dollars to those farmers! Wait, it’s not that much? But, it says it does. Oh, it doesn’t all go to rural family farmers? Who else is there?

Agro-corporations get about 5.4 BILLION, while the rural areas are failing and disappearing. So the Johnson's are screwed by the Monsanto's?

Energy is a good investment, right? Look this up...Percentage Depletion Allowance or Expensing of Exploration and Development Costs There is a LOT of money going to rich companies as an incentive to drill for oil, gas, or coal. Wait, hundreds of millions of dollars are going to companies that are already making billions of dollars in profits as an incentive to drill? Damn!

Most of these companies get tax breaks for sending OUR jobs to other countries. We are giving tax breaks to countries that have protectionist’s laws in commerce. So one goose is saying screw the gander!

Don’t even ask how much money goes to the rich in our Military Industrial Complex...
Just know that a private in the military makes $17,000 a year...you do the math.

I could go on, but if you need more info, look here:

http://www.taxpayer.net/index.php

What I am saying to my fellow Americans...What is supposed to be in it for us isn’t going to us! We aren’t getting the tax dollars that we put in. It’s like winning a hand of poker and the house still gets the cash! WTF!

So let’s get back to what we are, small businessmen and women. As long as we look at the "lazy people" i.e. poor people, as the bad guy, the lazy rich guy will keep collecting a check on our dime!

Losing My Religion

For most that know me I LOVE politics!

It’s the only place that you can truly sharpen your discretionary thinking skills. Well lately, I mean for the last 12 years, politics have become destructively political. Here I thought that politics was about how representatives came together to solve problems. That has NOT been what is or has been happening.

We have been bickering over who runs the sand lot.

The childlike banter has just made me want to walk away. There is a lack of leadership, lack of reason, and a lack of sincerity that is what politics is now.

Historically, there has been the kabuki theatre of politics. But the anomalies have occurred from time to time. But now, the rule has a stranglehold on the possibility of the anomalies. Now the media is the government. Your representatives are the pundits. How did we contribute to such a disgrace?

A woman saying she is tired of defending Obama.

An astro-turf group took over the country's narrative of politics, policy, and person hood.

Obama has been standing around proclaiming his loyalty to the Democratic Party. All the while he was giving the middle finger to his constituents on the left.

While the right was emboldened, the left was...the left.

There is still a problem bigger than the theatre...we as a country is failing...astronomically!

If we don't do something soon...

What you smell is the next "Rome" burning.

We are suffering from a fire that has us cynical, distrustful of our government, and unsure of our fellow Americans.

This isn't the alarm call to make things right. This is a call to quit hitting the snooze button.

We know this is wrong.
We just need to fight together to make it right.

I will take a few swipes at how we can try in my next post…

Brothers and Sisters...UNITE!

I love having the people in my life that gives me the ability to be better.

There is a gentleman that, even though his name may say go-lightly, his words have weight.

I say if you want a new brother...head over to his page.

http://boxcutting.blogspot.com/

He doesn't want relationships. He wants family. Imagine the beauty of his desire. I would love to share in his desire, in his view.

We need to know that in our numbers bears strength. It doesn’t matter who you think you are, be it gay, black, straight, female, white, Latino, or poor shares the same need. I am saddened by our lack of unity. We need each other. There isn't any doubt in my mind that we must unite in order to fight the good fight.

Just imagine, family, the bond of blood. The bond of brother and sisterhood, the comfort in knowing I am my brother's and sister's keeper and vice-versa.

Isn't it time to have the inconvenience of the majority to no longer be the oppressor of the minority?

I just see one problem...

We already are family. We already have an innate connection. We already have the biological blood bond. We already are the things we seek for a connection. It’s our focus that takes us to the reasons we aren't connected. As if a straight man and a gay man isn't seeking love. As if a Christian, an atheist and a Muslim aren’t seeking a path to happiness and enlightenment.

That's the rub isn't it? We make a specific difference the distinction of separations. When there are so many similarities to our general paths.

Our focus needs to be on what matters. Happiness for all should always be the reason for our motivation. Not our motivation is the reason for us to part ways.
Opportunity is possible to be attained without taking it from someone else.

But if you are your brother's keeper, if you are beholden to a cause greater than yourself, can a specific characteristic take your eyes off the prize?

I think not...

Can't we be family?
Can't we be united?
Aren't we already?

I have brothers and sisters that I have never met in real life, but have gotten real life blessings from them.

So as a student of life...

Mr. Go-lightly, thank you for the reminder, can I be your brother?

Can we all be his brother and sister?

I think we should...we already are.

The Ghosts Of Super Bowls Past...Laid To Rest...J-E-T-S!

First, I have to dedicate this to my good friend, Eddie…you did what we did not…YOU BELIEVED!

Now for those that, along with me, didn’t believe that the Jets could defeat the Patriots…did we see the Patriots for who they are today or the Patriots of Super Bowls past?

It’s ok to admit that this was mental…while we praised, hated or feared the Patriots, you and I were very critical of the Colts. The Manning led Colts were depleted of talent and their record reflected that point. But so was the Patriots…depleted talent, poor defensive rankings only defeated a couple of good teams this year. Remember when they beat the Packers; they defeated a rookie QB led team that had Rogers been behind center things would have been different. They lost to the BROWNS! Even lost to the Jets when they had Randy Moss! Bet they really missed a receiver that was a true deep threat yesterday.

But Rex Ryan got it. He knew they were who he thought they were, beatable. He took the team’s mentality of the aberration that was week 14 off their minds and told the world that his team would win. All the while we ALL scoffed at his “bravado”, laughed at his “arrogance”, and frowned at his player’s opinions of the Patriots.

So let’s discuss how everyone missed the boat on yesterday. There is an image the Patriots has that is media driven and is NOT shared by the rest of the country. Good guys, wins the “right way”, righteous organization that is team orientated and last but not least winners.

Good guys don’t taunt a team by mocking the Shawn Merriman celebration dance, recording the practice of an opponent is NOT winning the right way, cutting players because you are too damn cheap to pay them isn’t team orientated; winners don’t rest on a Super Bowl victory won six seasons ago.

They are not who we thought they were, stats don’t lie. Last year…33-14 in the playoffs against the Ravens, the season before that no appearance because of a Brady-less team, and the year before that…19 and oh…you lost to the Giants because all those great players you cut because you were cheap…were not there to help you. The Giants D-line exposed your age and lack of speed. Brady was chased around like a new cute girl in high school…by the other cute girls that was jealous.

But let’s be honest…the diamond aura is fading…the Jets’ offense and defense squeezed the aura so hard yesterday that it turned to coal. A bunch of practice squad players were outplayed and out classed by the faster, stronger, and bigger Jets yesterday.

So if I can be so bold to quote myself before the game: “Only an act of God can get the Jets the win”.

I got it wrong…ESPN got it wrong…the rest of sports media got it wrong. We thought that the underdog “could” get lucky yesterday.

We just didn’t get that a defense that couldn’t stop a nose bleed against an offense with deep threat, speed laden receivers, or with an offense peppered with a bunch of no-name practice squad players couldn’t score against a top three ranked defense were the underdogs.

We forgot…the underdog won in week 13.

Congrats J-E-T-S! We can’t disrespect you anymore…you killed the ghost of Super Bowls past.

Got Yourself A...Security Blanket?

I once saw a Family Guy episode where Peter Griffin purchased a tank…YES A TANK! Well I asked the obvious. Can a civilian own a tank? After a long search the truth is…YES! Of course the gun must be disabled on the tank.

Now of course the question is so what? What’s the point?

Well a lot of talk has come out about gun control and I for one have always been an advocate for the second amendment. Now, from there I think that I part ways with many that are advocates of gun ownership.

The right to own a gun isn’t the issue. The issue is the issues, the psychological issues. We know and consistently address gun control while neglecting ownership control. So I'm just going to put it out there…what is ownership and why it’s wanted?

Ownership needs a clear and comprehensive explanation. Why is it good to own a gun? Is it because of protection of your home? Sure, just make sure that it’s not accessible to kids. When we say that kids are capable of handling that responsibility I call bullshit! If that is the case, why not let them vote? I didn’t think so. Let’s allow them to have sex…legally. Exactly! There is a general understanding that a child’s mind is not ready to embrace many things that with one wrong decision can steal a life and a childhood with one pull of the trigger. Then there are the “sportsman” that run off to the woods to shoot game. I just ask one question…where is the sport in shooting an unarmed animal? I wouldn’t mind if you just came out and said it’s a need to show dominance. But to imply sporting competition is a bit dishonest.

Now let’s speak on the most commonly used answer. We need gun ownership in order to protect us from the tyranny of the government. You dumb, disillusioned weaponry sycophants! The gun companies and the NRA have sold you a bill of goods that as a brother from a side of Chicago known as “Terror Town” I just laugh at the possibility.

On your best day, you couldn’t protect yourself from our government if it chose to take you down. It’s not only unrealistic, but in fact, I call it naïve. How can your best purchased weaponry compete? Let’s be honest, 20,000 people with the military acumen of Blackwater could take this country on its own. But you have a BIG gun to look like a big man that is macho like a woman gets a boob job to look or feel more attractive. Get fucking real! Just admit it to us, we already know the truth. Just come out of the closet! Oh no, not that closet, the real one. You are so fucking afraid of so many things in our society…government…crime…terrorist…or just a guy smaller than you kicking your ass in a bar that you went and “GOT YOURSELF A GUN”! It’s the ultimate security blanket. These damn “Linus’” running around strapped because…I need to be prepared to take my country back! Fool! Damn Fool! Big dumb fool!

It’s not yours any damn way!

That’s it though isn’t it? You believe that you are impotent while being told that you and your ilk are “THE MAN”. Feeling a little limp right now aren’t you? Your government owns your ass and you are mad as hell! And one day you aren’t going to take it anymore!

Yes you will…until you stop listening to the voices in your head. The government doesn’t own you…it represents you. Get your ass out of the woods hunting for “food” that is at a meat market. Take the fear colored glasses off and get involved with the government that has politicians that do EVERY damn thing that they can to make you cynical and afraid of your damn shadow! You want ownership…try your own fears.

Own them…then you can put the guns down! Then you can be what you want us to see you as…a man.

A man won’t ask or demand to take his country back…he will be involved and back his country.

Starve what "Beast"?

We either need to change/rectify the language...or accept our current reality. My next attempt to change language is defining the "beast".

You see the picture above? That’s pretty scary, isn’t it? That beast would kill babies, slaughter countries, rape and pillage, and STEAL YOUR SOUL!

Well I am sure that the beast above isn’t the beast that was discussed here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starve_the_beast

So what I need to know is what in the hell is the beast they are speaking of?

Is the beast that allows the elderly to not have cat food at the dinner table? Well that’s Social Security. Security…doesn’t sound scary to me. What about you?

Maybe it’s the beast that also gives the elderly medical coverage? That’s Medicare? Care…doesn’t sound like it’s a killer to me. What do you think?

I know! It’s the educational system that we as tax payers pay for so that people can learn and be productive citizens? That’s the beast right? Productive citizens? Doesn’t sound very destructive to me. What say you?

Well before you answer that lets look at what it takes to “Starve the Beast”…

Deregulation…a process that either de-funds, repeals, or removes agencies that protects us by investigating or enforces laws. Getting rid of protective agencies…so they wish to remove shields that protects us from harm…I’m a little nervous.

Privatization…taking public (Government run) entities away from the government and giving them to private organizations that will run them to make a profit. Like military, hospitals, and if they could have their way Social Security. Mercenaries, profit driven healers, stock brokers for retirement savings. Sounds like a lot of risk is involved.

Cutting taxes for everyone…well I would imagine that to many that’s great. Less taxes to pay is always good, right? I mean if I make $60,000 I could get an extra 600 to 1,000 dollars. Imagine if you make more than a million a year...or even more you are getting back a great deal.

Cool? Unless its also those that through deregulation and privatization get richer and creates wealth by harming us.

Where are we going to get health care from? Its very expensive and due to deregulation there are no laws for me to use to seek retribution for the harm. What about the military that is now more Blackwater than it’s a volunteer force? As a private that makes 17 thousand a year doing the same thing a mercenary is doing while making 170 thousand. Or what happens when the de-funding of education creates an environment that makes it almost impossible to earn a living wage. A wage that no longer has a minimum, so many of us will make so little that we have a boom in homelessness. Yes I said homeless. Where else could you be?

Don’t worry we have starved the beast, right?

Or did we feed this one?

Or this one?

Or this one?

Or this one?

It looks like the only thing we starved is this one…

Darkness, Deception, and Discretion

As a fiscal conservative with a social doctrine of never allow harm to my fellow man, there is a message that isn’t being spoken about.

Many people share the opinion I have right now…I am afraid. Fear and hate is winning and we need to come together to defeat it.

Killers are our neighbors, our friends, and our family. The victims are the exact same people. Our anger has allowed our culture to devolve into where we are now the knife and the wound. We must stop the madness. Or there will be nothing left of our society but madness itself.

This climate of politics, religion, and society as a whole is so damn emotionally hate filled. Every “pro” movement that I see is in fact, anti-something. Not just anti in a way that they are against the beliefs of others, but in fact against many peoples way of life, their very right to exist. All the while many platforms have become so opposed of the “others” that there should be no surprise that we now have a Congresswoman in a coma and a child born on 9/11 has been killed?

Christians aren’t pro-Christian, but pro-anti-gay, choice, government, gun control, and love. The entire agenda is ten percent love and ninety percent fear, hate, and loathing.

How can one claim to love God but hate and fear his fellow man? But isn’t that how many of us are now? Exclusionary, divisive, hypocritical, and unable to communicate with anyone that disagrees with us. It’s no longer rhetoric that the media is trying to use for ratings. It’s now how your public servants communicate with you. It’s an “us vs. them” while we have no idea who is them or who we are. We just know what we don’t like…each other. How can deductive unreasoning keep a country together when…the libs are evil…the cons are crazy (well they are).

The back and forth theme of the two political parties is the death of the victims in Arizona is the other guys fault. The media while reporting the “facts” have yet to make or attempt to create sense of what has transpired. Many on the right are calling this kid of just twenty-two a leftist, Mein Kampf reading, commie. The left are asking for Palin, a celebrity that only seeks a self-serving career, to admit her hand in the Tea Party’s two years of hate.

Well the results trump any opinions…this time someone came armed. There’s no way around it, we are in the age of hate and fear. Yesterday, fear and hate won. As of yet there isn’t a clear reason for why this happened. We can try and apply theories and opinions all we want, but make no mistake his agenda was NOT pro-anything…except fear.

You see that is the problem with the current agendas…there isn’t one…just hate and fear.

The deception is that we know what’s going on. Do we truly know what is going on in the mind of a young man that three years ago was considered a liberal by his friends?

Or does that even matter? Do we need to know what drove him to do that in order to say that the hate and fear needs to stop? If not, we just got prepared for more killing. That’s right MORE KILLING! We are now fear and hate filled Americans that believes “Happiness is a warm gun” and bullets are political positions.

Can the right excuse their threats if Sarah Palin is next, or worse one of her kids? Can the left survive an Obama assassination, or worse his kids?

If you think what I say is far-fetched…walk in the shoes of the parents and grandparents of nine year old Christina-Taylor Green.

Now for some good old fashioned discretion…the quality of having or showing discernment or good judgment…

I haven’t seen a pistol packing libs running around saying “this time we came unarmed”. I didn’t see after Bush v. Gore a lefty shooting any congressman. So before anyone wants to say that the left said this or said that, remember the left didn’t call Dr. Tiller a baby killer, then kill him. The left called Bush a war criminal and then mocked him. See the difference! See the damn difference! The left does a documentary, the right becomes one! The left might write a blog, the right a letter explaining why they killed someone or ask for someone to “reload”. The left protests, the right threatens, intimidates, and calls it a protest.

There is a difference…I can see it…we all saw it this weekend.

Because if you threaten a public servant and they get killed…no one is politicizing a tragedy…they are calling for the humanization of our existence, based on a tragedy that you need to be held accountable on…they are asking you to stop the fire that you started. Because whether you like it or not…you are us…we are you. There is one country. Not two parties, or several religions, or many lifestyles. We are in this together.

Divide us and we will perish.

Aren’t we proving that already?

Bullet Wound With A Band-Aid:Part 2... Rich Man, Poor Man

I am always amazed at what poor people argue about. It seems so damn insignificant when you compare it to the rich.

It’s always anything that rich people don't argue about...they just do it!

That's right, the rich gets shit done...daily!

Its like a great white shark hunting for food, no emotional quotient involved. No joy, no anger, and last but not least, no problems.

They solve them...by any means necessary.

That’s what our society's biggest problem is. The majority of us are so fixated on the fringe issues that the main point, the top priority in our lives gets lost.

There is a tremendous disconnect on how the two groups think.

The poor believes that there are rules; the rich believe that there are obstacles. Many times the obstacle is the poor. Many of the poor are very easy obstacles to overcome. Just give the poor something to argue over. That’s the game…we just bicker over whatever they deem a moral issue while they make money.

Have you ever thought as you woke up in the Riviera that you need to go on the Maury show to find out if your one night stand is the father? Oh... that doesn’t happen? Why? Because poor people don’t go to the Riviera! They can’t afford it.

As a person that has been privy to some varying conversations based on income I have learned one important lesson.

Money has a bad rap…"Money changes everything"…

"They who are of the opinion that Money will do everything, may very well be suspected to do everything for Money"…

"Money often costs too much"...

I am of this point of view…I don't like money, actually, but it quiets my nerves. ~Joe Louis

I know it may seem cynical, so let me explain. Having money isn't a bad thing. Fucking over your fellow man to get it...now that's a crime.

But we admire criminals. Until we become the victim.

We need to think like a rich man. Prioritize our lives by what truly matters.

We are not at the table on the matters that would calm our nerves. We vote for abortion, gay people, tax cuts (as if a tax cut for a poor person really can help), cutting teacher’s pay, or anything else the media( a bunch of rich people paid by rich people) tells us. The poor believes that it’s a small world after all.

The rich…TWISM…The world is mine. Or CREAM…cash rules everything around me.

The rich doesn’t care about whether or not abortion is illegal...before it was legal they had them. With less of a risk of death or damage than it is now.

Education…Paris Hilton has a GED. A fucking GED! Got a family member with a GED? How well are they doing? Do you really think that she didn’t get an education about business from her parents and their vast teams of lawyers, accountants, and businessmen? Look at the easy path to education for those that are rich…remember George Bush went to Yale! Legacy…you gotta love the game of privilege. You’re born on third and live your life as if YOU hit a triple.

Health care…Are you serious? Do you think that anyone with the last name of Emmerson or Gates cares about universal health care?

Taxes…Only time they care about taxes is when YOU aren’t paying enough. When you aren’t paying enough…the American Government comes to their rescue. Sacrifice becomes the mantra, the sales pitch, the meme that the poor happily endorses and carries out.

Gay people…Ken Mehlman Placed anti-gay issues on the ballot to defeat Kerry. Then went home to his man. Did his masters fire him...the media even acted as if they didn’t know…the truth is they didn’t care. Power and money only discriminate against the have-nots.

You see that’s our problem…we care about many things while the rich has priorities…wealth is number one with a bullet.

Would losing the fear of being homeless, unemployed, or unable to afford a doctor to save your life change your point of view?

Would eight hours of sleep equate eight hours of sleep for the first time in many of our lives if the basic needs of mankind were met?

Don’t mind me…keep saying that having money is bad or that we shouldn’t frown upon greed. Keep arguing about what may matter to you, but don't make it number one. The one percent will keep on doing what they do best...
